For that, you’ll need many things like an ivory fondant, white fondant, circle cutters, rolling pins, knife tool, edible marker & some powdered sugar. For starting that process, you need to spread some powdered sugar on your shelf surface & roll the ivory fondant by making use of rolling pin. Next, to it, you will have to punch out circles through cutter into the desired sizes.

Then you need to fold the circular piece along the middle axis so that it forms a semicircle. Don’t press it hardly so that it gets entirely flattened. Now, hold the corner points of the semicircular piece & fold it downwards &  fit it over the circle cutter to shape into a fortune cookie.

To include the message into your simple fondant and not custom fortune cookie that you have tried by yourself, you can either display it alongside or insert it inside the cookie.
